Out of 20 Countries, the Philippines Ranked First in NFT Ownership

Cryptocurrency is globally known, but NFTs are getting better attention based on Google Trends.

Finder.com, a comparison website based in Australia, conducted statistical research regarding countries owning NFTs.

Twenty-eight thousand people took the survey from twenty countries around the world. Based on the result, the Philippines ranked first.

32% of the Philippine population using the internet currently owns NFTs, mainly from gaming platforms such as the Axie Infinity, and 9.5% are planning to buy.

Though NFTs popularity is still early in other countries, it is highly to come that more people will adapt to the trend.
