Solana Integrates with OpenSea

Launched in 2017, OpenSea is the first peer-to-peer marketplace for non-fungible tokens, famously called NFTs.

The marketplace of NFTs is the largest in OpenSea. The website allows users to trade NFTs—it could be a digital artwork, the famous form of NFT. Non-fungible tokens can be music, gaming items, or digital collectibles—so NFTs can be anything.

Security researcher and tech blogger Jane Wong found the hidden wallet connect feature. It allows users in the marketplace to connect with Phantom Wallet.

Phantom Wallet allows users to store, trade, and swap cryptocurrency coins on the Solana blockchain. The wallet adding to the OpenSea NFT marketplace Makes purchases cheaper and more efficient in transaction speed and fees.

Solana integrated into NFTs’ largest marketplace is not yet officially announced by OpenSea. But this integration with Phantom Wallet eases user experience with the traders who mostly use the Ethereum network to trade.
